Heart Centred Yoga

Thank you for your interest in our beautiful Heart Centred Yoga classes, free for any and all staff at the Chatsworth Estate (including volunteers) who would like to join us. Classes are on a Wednesday evening, 6:00-7:00 on Zoom. Everyone is welcome!

Yoga has nothing really to do with how strong or flexible we are, but rather taking time to listen to our bodies and learn to move in a way which helps us feel more at ease with life. Practising over time, our bodies and our minds do change, leading to all kinds of benefits for every level of our being.

Classes include a little meditation, breathing practices and deep relaxation as well as our physical postures. If you have any questions, please let me know! And if you would like to join us, please fill in this form so I know how to help support you in your yoga journey.
