Transformative Breathing

Did you know you can directly change your emotional state and your perception of life through changing how you breathe?

Many of us are caught up in a breathing pattern that produces anxiety without even realising it. Through supportive 1:1 coaching, you can change your whole life by changing how you breathe.

Online sessions can be recorded for you to enjoy again and again.

Sessions are generally £50/hour or £60/90 or £200 for a block of four 90 minute sessions. Other arrangements are also possible.

Therapeutic Yoga

Did you know that the ancient science of yoga can be applied to all kinds of physical and emotional health issues?

Anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, back pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic stress, dyslexia, cancer, heart disease, long Covid and so much more can be helped through lifestyle changes that are surprisingly joyful to make.

Through 1:1 sessions, we can develop a support plan to help you rediscover natural vitality, peace and joy in life.

Vishwam completed Gentle Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and recently completed an additional year of Heart of Healing focused on applying yogic healing techniques on himself. Over the years, he’s worked with many people helping them find greater ease and peace in life.
