New Student Registration

Thank you for your interest in our beautiful Flowing with Life Yoga classes. Everyone is welcome! Classes free for striking workers, NHS staff, refugees & asylum seekers and anyone struggling to cover basic life costs.

Yoga has nothing really to do with how strong or flexible we are, but rather taking time to listen to our bodies and learn to move in a way which helps us feel more at ease with life. Practising over time, our bodies and our minds change in wonderful ways, leading to tremendous benefits on every level of our being — and for all those around us!

Classes include a little meditation, breathing practices and deep relaxation as well as physical postures — all based on the Rishikesh Sequence as taught in Integral Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Divine Life Yoga & Heart Of Living Yoga. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
