Flowing with Life Yoga classes

are designed to help you tune directly into the Source of Life, to feel that deep sense of groundedness, connection and natural joy which supports us all in every aspect of life. With practice and support, we are able to flow with whatever challenges and opportunities life provides us. A regular, dedicated and heartfelt yoga practice can lead to permanent changes (for the better!) in our physical, emotional and spiritual experience of being alive.

The classes are relaxing, your-level-of-challenging and grounded in heart-centred experience. If you’d like to try out a pre-recorded class, you can find a couple of choices here.
