On this beautiful annual outdoor yoga day retreat we will discover the beauty and blessings of nature within and all around. Come join us for an empowering, uplifting and inspiring day of Heart Of Living Yoga practices and permaculture wisdom. Together we will share healing love for Mother Earth and practical skills for a more caring world. Garden of the Heart is a very popular event and early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
All welcome!
Please bring your yoga mat and blanket, a notebook and pen, and a water bottle. If you don’t have a mat, don’t worry! We have some spare. Oh, and bring something yummy and veggie for our shared lunch.
