About the Venue
The Tara Centre is a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to health justice for people living with the impacts of trauma. the space offers a warm welcome to many, many people, providing for the needs of both body and spirit. The organisers, Elham and Jitei, are beautiful souls and good friends of Vishwam.
About your Host
Vishwam Gurudas Heckert is a Heart Of Living Yoga teacher, trainer & minister sharing the experience of the spiritual heart around the U.K. and beyond. He lives in Shetland where he works in a local primary school with children with additional support needs - which is a quite a change from his former days as an academic. He and his partner Paul are fixing up an old croft house and learning to garden in the maritime subarctic. Vishwam also enjoys writing, listening and cooperating for the healing of our world.
