The Heart of Yoga (Papa Stour)

The Heart of Yoga Day Retreat

Saturday 30th June, 9am-7pm

You are warmly invited to join this peaceful day retreat on the sacred island of Papa Stour - a place where people have long stepped back from the busyness of life to focus on contemplation, meditation and prayer.

Taking time out for ourselves is an opportunity to recharge our batteries and restore our capacity to be present and loving for those who matter most to us.

Together we will share adaptable yoga practices that are open to people of all abilities, of all faiths and none. Heart Of Living Yoga is all about experiencing for ourselves how moving, breathing and being in the heart can transform our whole experience of life.

But don’t take our word for it. Find out for yourself!
