Yoga for Peace

Join Vishwam and friends for a beautiful, peaceful afternoon of heart-led yoga, suitable for every body, meditation and prayer.

We can all help bring peace to the world by experiencing peace ourselves. Following the ancient science of yoga, and connecting directly with the spiritual heart, we can enjoy the peace that lies beyond all understanding.

This class is offered as part of Yoga for Gaza. We are a collective of yoga teachers hosting classes in aid of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. All funds raised support the work of Anera.org

Please note: we might get caught up in the idea that we need to ‘take sides’ as if this were a football match. We don’t. Everyone suffers in war. And everyone benefits from peace. This class is offered in the name of Peace to share practices of peace for the benefit of everyone, including ourselves.

If you would like to help spread the word about this event which supports Peace, you can download a poster to share online or in print.
