Creative Heart Retreat

  • Maesycwmmer Community Centre Hill View Hengoed, Wales, CF82 (map)

Join us for a gentle, peaceful day of creative writing and heart-opening yoga to soothe your soul and awaken your creative heart. When our focus is in the everyday mind, it can be a challenge to make space for creativity, connection and self-care. It’s so easy to think of everyone else and forget about someone equally important – ourselves. And so on this special day retreat we will be directing attention to the very heart of who we are and discovering a well of creativity, compassion, peace and joy that can revitalise our lives.

The movements of physical yoga not free up our creative flow, they also help us feel better in ourselves.

No experience of either creative writing. meditation or yoga is needed. Everyone is welcome. The practices will be gentle, adaptable, playful and nurturing.
