Re-wilding our Hearts

  • Frenchay Unitarian Chapel Beckspool Road Bristol, England, BS16 United Kingdom (map)

Join us for a special afternoon of permaculture and yoga, of good company and nourishing practices. Caring for the Earth includes caring for ourselves and learning to listen deeply. Together we will explore how we can help heal the patterns of our lives with mutual support, heart awareness, participating in Nature on the beautiful Frenchay Common, and heartfelt practice. Sharing heart-centred approaches to meditation, deep relaxation, hatha yoga and tuning in to nature together, we will enjoy a natural sense of peace and joy that comes with living in the heart.

Please bring your yoga mat, cushion and blankets, journal and pen, water bottle and comfortable layers for both indoor and outdoor wear. We enjoy a shared lunch as part of our nourishing time together so please bring something to share and a plate, cutlery and mug for yourself.

Rates: £20/£30/£40 - please use the Green Bottle Sliding Scale as a guide if you are unsure how much to contribute.
