7:15 Heart Blessing of the Waters Ceremony, inspired by the International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers and Heart Of Living Yoga - Please bring a poem or a song to share or simply listen after the candlelit ceremony.
8:00 Dancing - feel free to bring your favourite tune to play on the blue tooth speaker
8:25 Guided Relaxation - bring mat, cushions, blankets (spare mats available if needed)

Vishwam Gurudas Heckert is a Heart Of Living Yoga minister, teacher and trainer based in Walls. He loves the beauty, wisdom and grace in all spiritual traditions. Vishwam is also a poet, a bodyworker and a Learning Support Worker at Happyhansel. Originally from Iowa, he’s lived in various parts of England and Scotland for the past 30 years. He is warm-hearted, friendly and loves to listen, learn and laugh.
