This is your invitation to a special heartwarming gathering in celebration of Life. With heart-centred practises of yoga, sacred sound and meditative writing, we will be learning to allow each moment to be a fresh new beginning. These simple yet powerful techniques make space for insight, awareness and hope. In other words, we will be practicing feeling good!
Sound good? Spaces are very limited for this cosy, midwinter workshop so book soon to avoid disappointment.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion if you would like to use your own. There are also plenty at Santosa. You’ll also want a notebook and pen, and maybe a water bottle.
Hearts are lighting up around the world!
