The Liberating Art of Writing from the Heart

As we know, words have power. When we write from the heart, the words are helpful, healing and actually liberating. We find ourselves writing what we (and maybe others) are yearning to hear.

Our culture might encourage us to rush back into busy lives in January, but why not take it slow? It’s natural to enjoy quiet time in winter. To breathe in the gentle light of candles. To welcome the quiet of the dark. To go inwards and see what might want to come out.

Spaces are limited to just 10 participants to keep these session cosy, warm and comfortable. Book early to make sure you have your oasis of peace after the holidays have passed.

The course is just £88 for six recorded sessions which you can enjoy again and again. If finances are a concern, please do get in touch. Maybe we can help! And if you are blessed with excess in that regard, why not give a little extra to support those who wouldn’t have the resources otherwise.

About your host

Vishwam is a poet, essayist, heart meditation facilitator trainer and yoga teacher based in Shetland at the far north of Scotland. His work has appeared in numerous books, journals and magazines including Less: A Journal of Degrowth in Scotland, Bella Caledonia, Permaculture Magazine, Earth Pathways Diary, Queering Anarchism, Mooky Chick & Sarasvati (forthcoming).

Vishwam is known for his deep love of the earth and for all of humanity, as well as his commitment to social transformation and personal healing through compassion and open-hearted awareness.

He loves holding this sacred space for others to find their voice and discover the peace that is possible when we live in the heart.
