Sacred Anarchy: Re-wild your Heart

Imagine a beautiful afternoon in the garden. You’re with like minded people enjoying meaningful discussion and simple practices of peace, freedom & vitality together. We gather to share heart meditation, gentle yoga and open-hearted discussion to explore how spiritual practice can support and deepen the process of personal and social transformation. You will go away from the afternoon inspired with practical techniques you can use to remain centred and vibrant, even in challenging situations. Together, we can help shift from the focus from ‘I’ to ‘we’ , from ‘ego’ to ‘eco’ and help nurture a society of people who care for our world, each other and for ourselves. Sound good? All welcome, regardless of experience or ability.

Covid Safety: This event is outdoors in the garden for both Covid safety and for the joy of nature connection. We kindly request you take a lateral flow test the morning before attending. Any cancellations due to Covid will be fully refunded.

Following over 20 years of dedicated, heartfelt practice, he now runs meditation facilitator trainings, as well as offering yoga classes, workshops & an upcoming retreat in September. Vishwam has a peaceful, playful and poetic way of sharing these practices of freedom.
