Your Guide to Peace

Vishwam has been practising Heart Meditation for 12 years and training Heart Meditation Facilitators for 7 years now. He is one of the senior trainers in the Heart Of Living Yoga tradition and an experienced guide in the path of the heart. This is the short path to the natural peace we are all looking for. Originally from Iowa, Vishwam lives near Waas, Shetland where he enjoys writing, gardening and sharing the benefits of yoga & meditation with others.
